1. Controller

Hunoro is the product brand used for this prelaunch website. Biturai L.L.C‑FZ is the current website and waitlist operator.

2. Scope and product boundary

Joining the waitlist does not create a trading account, wallet, eligibility, product access or permission to trade.

This notice covers the public website and waitlist only. A future trading product may require separate account, eligibility, legal and privacy information before it becomes available to any user.

3. Data we process

• Your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
• Your separate choice about occasional product-update emails.
• Confirmation and unsubscribe status, relevant timestamps, consent version and source information needed to operate and evidence the double-opt-in process.
• Limited technical request and security data, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, which may appear in hosting or delivery logs.
• Delivery, bounce, suppression and abuse-prevention information required to send email reliably and honour an unsubscribe.

Hunoro does not store public waitlist entries in the protected trading-product database. A Resend contact is created only after the address is confirmed.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Waitlist and confirmation

We use your email address to send the confirmation you requested and, after confirmation, to manage the Hunoro waitlist. For people in the EEA or UK, this processing is based on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Optional product updates

Occasional product updates use a separate, optional consent. Leaving that checkbox unselected does not prevent you from joining the waitlist.

Security and reliable delivery

We process limited technical and delivery data where necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and reliable operation. For people in the EEA or UK, this is based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, subject to your rights.

5. Service providers and transfers

• Vercel Inc. provides website hosting and serverless request processing.
• Resend Inc. sends confirmation and waitlist emails and maintains the confirmed contact, topic and suppression state.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable, we use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to protect international transfers. The controller is established in the United Arab Emirates.

6. Retention and withdrawal

We keep confirmed waitlist data only for as long as needed for the waitlist, permitted communications, legal evidence and suppression of unwanted email. Every Hunoro waitlist email provides an unsubscribe route. Unsubscribing removes the address from the active waitlist and opts it out of waitlist and product-update topics. A minimal suppression record may remain so the request continues to be honoured.

7. Cookies, tracking and automated decisions

The current public prelaunch website does not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. Email open and click tracking is disabled for the Hunoro waitlist. Essential hosting and security mechanisms may still be used to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

The waitlist is not used to make an automated decision about trading access, eligibility or financial services.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
